BE equine flu rules?

Can anyone tell me what the BE rules are for equine flu vaccinations this year?my horse will be just over 6 months by the time of the first event , so not sure if I need to book him in for a booster? Will check with my YO first though. Thanks

Booster within 6 months and 3 weeks. And no competing within 7 days of booster. I'd get her done now. That's new this year - last year you did not have the extra 3 weeks. I'd rather be safe than sorry and be within 6 months personally. Then it's done for the season.

Thanks, he's retired, so not competing, but stabled at a BE venue, so all horses on site have to follow the same rules, I'll get him done this month & we're covered then
