Absolutely!
Some RC's do have certain clauses about horses that have ever been placed cannot run in Novice classes. Just check the schedule.

yes - i'm BE and doing the unaff @ Tweseldown at hte end of April.
also i'm eligible for RC teams etc, as we've no points!!!
