BE Membership Query....

Im a little puzzled

I know that horse membership either runs from approx. december to december (full year) or june to december (part year). But does the same rule apply for rider membership??

confused as it doesnt state in the rule book...

As far as I know riders runs for a year. I guess the feeling is you get other benefits from membership such as free entry to comps, magazine, liability etc

ok so if say you joined in may 2006 would it run until may 2007?? or only until 31st december 2006?

until the mAy - it runs for a year from the date you joined.

Oh, I thought it ran from the beginning of every year (ie. January) no matter when you joined?! Ive just got a membership renewal form through the post and I know I didnt join until April last year..... confused.

If you only applied for half season membership last year, it would run out now. I think that is the only option you have half way through the year...?

thats what i thought but in the rule book it seems to say that only applies to horses..........very confusing!!!
