If a horse last evented properly in 2006 but actually won at Intro and PN that season, could they then compete in an Intro this autumn??

I only ask as one of mine hasn't really done anything since 2007, brought him back into proper work this summer and he's doing unaff stuff. Will run him at SL unaff next month at Intro-ish standard and was then thinking if he went nicely enough I'd like to pop him round Mount Ballan in October to finish off his 're-introducing' period as it is 10minutes down the road. Would much rather pop him round the PN but he's a sensitive soul who can lose confidence ever so easily so have to have it my mind that it may be Intro until next season.

as long as they don't have points they can compete at Intro/PN.
copied from rule book online;
BE90
Grade 4 horses and ponies only,
Day Ticket Horses and ponies
without points. There is no
obligation to move out of BE90.

i think you can do the PN unless he has won 2 PNs or more in which case you need to go in the open section.

if you want to do Intro i think you will need to go in open section if they have one- i think points/wins stay with a horse for life.

i'm sure that rule was ditched this year, i cannot find anything re the 'win 2 PN's and go to OPN' in the 2009 rulebook?

ETA - taken from rulebook online;
BE100
Open to Grade 4 horses and
ponies without points that are
either registered or have Day
Tickets. There is no obligation to
move out of BE100.

ahhh thanks guys... I didnt realise that rule had been ditched either Millitiger, hence why I asked in OP. I dont mind going in open classes or having to run HC etc but if we're allowed to compete then I shan't worry too much
