You get E OT if you are eliminated due to exceeding the time limit on the XC (I *think* that's usually double the optimum time.)

Over time Elimination - think it is double the optimum - usually due to fall off, catch horse situation... or going very very slowly or mega nap fest.

Ahh OK. so in the instance of a fall do they not stop and restart the time then?
