Was thinking of emailing entries secretary as haven't had refund back for Ascott from 14th July, I withdrew ages before event (though after ballot date) and had this confirmed. My place was given to waiting list and according to schedule, I should get some money back. Is anyone else in similar situation or know the best way to approach getting my money-just read on eventingworldwide.com how financially viable the event was so surely they can't quibble?
