I suppose its to be expected that there will be a delay at the moment because of the battering the abandonment fund will have taken, but if you withdrew because of injury and your place was taken from the wait list, does that also get refunded automatically bar the admin fee? Or do you/should you/shouldn't you send an email about it? Obviously, they had my withdrawal and I got this confirmed in time but I'm just wondering how long it will take to come through...so I can enter more and more! Think I've paid bdwp most of my salary this year and not run since the first week of June!

when I was eventing it depended on the event, it used to tell you in the schedule if refunds are given. It was one reason I gave up eventing, as I couldnt afford to lose hundreds of pounds in entry fees if one of the horses was ill or went lame; the other was the pathetic prize money (or total lack of) - I know we dont compete for huge material gains but it used to be totally and utterly pathetic, coming second and winning a stretchy surcingale worth about £5!

mini rant over!

I withdrew from Milton Keynes and was due to get full rfund minus admin. In the end after it was cancelled I received a full refund the same as everyone else. However it took about a month for it to show on my visa bill.
