I used to do BE regularly, however have been out of it for the past 4 years now. I'm looking to simply get a day pass for myself and horse (horse never been reg with BE) to do one BE 80 event coming up. How on earth do I go about it? Ive been on the website and understand I had to buy a day pass membership for myself for £10 which I've done. So I've now tried to buy a "training pass" which I assume would be for the horse but I have to choose a horse from the drop down box, the only horses there are ones I used to compete. I assumed I could just add this horses details but I can't? So how do I buy her a training pass?! Surely I dont have to send her details to BE when its not a proper registration? Could someone advise as the event is open for entries so I need to get my entry in ASAP! Thanks!

You can't buy passes until you have registered your horse.

It is free, they simply need to have the horses passport on record for lifetime registration. They usually do it very quickly, I have a feeling that if you ring them they will add the horse there and then and trust you to get the details to them asap :)

- I have now found where to register the horse which I've done, so do I just need to now buy her a training pass? I dont know if I need one as well... or what the £10 for day pass membership was...?!
