BE Website isn't working properly

I am trying to register online, and the horse membership part is playing up. It asks for my passport number, then the passport issuer then when I click look up, it show a box saying SHREK (Is this your horse?) -which it is! But that box only stays up for less than a second and i cannot click on yes quick enough, then i am left with half a box with the no button on and a big black square in the middle of my screen

Does anyone else have this problem?

i tried to reg my horse using the passport number but it didn't work so i inputted details manually- it was an initial registration tho- is that what you are doing?

Yeah, I have just managed to do it

I zoomed the screen out, then I was super quick with my button pressing skills

Although all that happened, was it filled in a few details that i already knew!
