BE Withdrawals

I am looking to withdraw the Aston-le-walls UA this Sunday, do I just email the events secretary in order to do this?

Also, I need to withdraw from Solihull BE next weekend. It says withdrawals are by Monday 15th, will I get any of my money back if I withdraw before that date? (and do I just email the events secretary to do so again?)

Email entry secretaries and you may get a refund if before the Ballot Date (usually minus an administration fee).

It tells you in the schedule:

WITHDRAWALS by 16/08/2016 12:00 AM by telephoning 01564 770180 or by email to maggie@solihullridingclub.co.uk. REFUND POLICY: 100% refund up to Ballot Date, 50% for withdrawals received in writing or by email after Ballot Date but before late entry surcharge date. 100% less £12 admin charge if replaced - as per Rule 4.11.
