if horse runs out to many times on xc... or if you get eliminted can you still carry on?

4 refusals constitutes elimination, as well as obviously 3 at the same obstacle and once you are eliminated you must leave the course in walk.

Oh right, havent read the rule book for a long time, and by the time one of mine gets to novice I shouldnt have to worry about cumulative refusals
