BE80 Day Ticket Entries Question.

I have my groom here with me. Were trying to enter Hutton BE80 on a ticket. But when we click Validate it says Training Ticket is needed and taht neither horse or rider is a current BE member. But she has got a Day Ticket form in the post; so we have the day ticket! Emailed the entries sec and she said to wait until it goes through the system( registered last week) Any ideas!!?

You do not need a 'day ticket' for a BE80, you need a 'training ticket' this costs £10 and is for both horse and rider. You will need to register as a lifetime member online with the BE.

It should be straight forward from there. When I entered online it said if you are using a training ticket select day ticket.!!

I entered somewhere yesterday using a ticket and when I pressed 'validate' I got a box up saying 'BE cannot validate your entry' (or something similar). However the 'save and close' box appeared immediately afterwards and I just clicked on this as normal and the entry went through. I just assumed that you didn't need to validate day ticket entries?

I made an entry this morning as a full member (and horse registered) and had the same problem but the 'save and close' button appeared and all seemed well. Maybe just a bug in the system.
