Camber Sands is where we go. We park in the car park at the top of Old Lydd Road. Watch out for the sand right down the end by Rye harbour, it can be sinky in places. There's masses of space for a burn up especially if the tide is out.
We went to Climping when the tide was out - wonderful, and lots of popping over the wooden groins went on - such fun, but you need to go when the tide is out otherwise you just get the shingle. Lots of paddling to do too, it stays shallow for a while. Enjoy, wherever you go!
I've never been but you can ride on Goring beach, just down the road from Worthing.
I got this off the BHS about times etc
