Beach ride!

Last Sunday must have been one of the coldest days of the winter so far. So, we took the horses to the beach!
My friend rode Markie, last time we went to the beach she came off her own horse and really hurt herself. It was the deciding factor in her decision to full loan her mare to her sharer. Luckily, this time, she was fine riding but fell down the ramp of the truck!

When i took Ffin he hated the sea.....water should NOT move! i ended up just walking up and down the beach while he jumped all over the place!! Went to Camber sands....parking a nightmare! Said no horses boxes on the carpark sign on the front and then had instructions for horseboxes when you got inside....MAD! the only reason we went cos it said you were welcome on the website!!
Wouls like to do it again sometime, quite a long way for me!

That looks so fun! I'm thinking of taking my horse (possibly horses if i get my new 5 yr old cob!) to the beach this summer as she (they) have never ever been before and I think they would love it!! I cant wait!
