Beach times cornwall

Anyone know what the restrictions times are for beaches in Cornwall. Ideally Perran? Or can anyone suggest a good beach that aren’t restricted ?

If not a beach - can anyone suggest a good canter? I’ve boxed up to Bodmin moor but want to try somewhere different.

In Cornwall, High Water Spring (HWS) tides occur roughly at 0600 and 1800 (GMT, or an hour later in BST). This means that for much of the day the tide is mostly 'out', which is fine for people who just want to play on a sandy beach. But there can be problems when the tide begins to rise.
