Beaglers for BE

Are you allowed to wear Beaglers for dressage at BE Pre-Novice level? I've definitely seen people doing so, but the BE rule book doesn't make it very clear.

I got a Horka one only £32 brand new so far has lasted me a couple of months, looks pretty smart but it is cheap. It is nowhere near the quality of a CharlesOwen one but it will last long enough till I can afford a decent one or *dream* a Patey one!

snap i've been looking for an age for this type of hat,
But
i've been a very very lucky bunny, as mother said 'i'll buy you a patey if you come first at an affililated event', two weeks ago duly came first!!! at BD so of i popped to gatcome to get head fitted!!

sorry but they are soooo lush...............
Weren't you asking about hat a couple weeks ago cos there was a posting about a dutch company and i was very tempted to buy one of thoses??
