I spoke to the vet a little earlier. They had trotted her up again today, and although it's not fantastic, they have deemed her sound enough to come home for 6/7 weeks in a tiny, tiny paddock and then they'll reassess her

I'm a little concerned about how to contain her though

as by small paddock they are meaning about 24ft square. I spent a lot of time last night eying up my field unsure of the best way to attempt it, but my fab friend has suggested she goes to their family yard - they have a paddock exactly twice this size behind their stables, which is post and rail, so I'm off there in a second to see what I can do with splitting it down the middle. It's in the same village as my yard so just as easy to see her.

So, fingers crossed, she'll be coming home-ish early in the morning

Fantastice! So much better to have her home with her mummy instead of stuck at the vets. Give her a cuddle from me
