Hi - has anyone bought a trailer from them? If so, what is the after sales service like? I have been speaking to them recently and have found them incredibly helpful - but thought it would be useful to know what their local reputation was like (especially if I go for a trailer with a company of history of not the best build quality

i heart bearts....

my friend bought new trailer from them... but hasn't had any problems with it so not sure about after sales service... she is over the moon with her trailer though

i have never had any bad experiences at bearts. but then again, i've only ever bought shoes and feed from there...
 
They have a good reputation and all sorts of really quite difficult characters seem to rate them - but then I don't know anyone who has had real problems with a trailer, but can only assume they would want to protect their reputation if something went wrong.
 
Thanks very much - they did seem really good when I spoke to them, but they are not exactly my local dealer so wanted to check before making the trip. Thanks everyone
 
I haven't bought from them but had my trailer serviced by them this summer.

The guy who did the servicing was absolutely fab and couldn't have been more helpful. I will def not be afraid to take back there for a service in future.
