So off to the vet this morning. Had a weigh in this morning 11.4kg so she has lost weight from last time as it was 11.7kg.

She gets 100g of Royal Canin Obesity Management spilt over two meals. Her target is to lose 1.75kg which is 15% of current body weight.

Although vet did say to allow her Christmas dinner

Bad news - the food costs £10 for a 1.5kg bag!!!!!!!! Although he gave me that and then 5 of the free pouches vets always have available

How much??????? Good grief, you'll certainly be a lot thinner anyway - you won't be able to afford food for yourself

Think I might be on verge of a doggy strop too - ran into our vet earlier and he said Tilly was "potentially boarding the bus to Chunky-Town"

) or else I'd fear for his life - Tilly normally adores him so I think he's fine for now....although if he get's death threats we'll know who to blame!

In Tilly's defence - she's not TOO tubby but she had snaffled a steak slice out of a bin earlier so pastry crumbs were still attached to her snout...

Maybe someone should be getting a weight-watchers Christmas dinner instead...(said very quietly so she doesn't hear, that stare was scary!)
