We jumped for the first time at home :)
There was one sticky moment where he saw a long stride and I saw a short one but hey ho, I stayed on so that's all that matters.

I do think that my stirrups need to go up a few holes
I also need to sit back in the approach to the jump and not go into half seat but I was pleased with him considering. :)
Any other comments?

thanks :D
I have to say, he's growing on me :p
The next step is to attempt a course so we're hopefully going to book Ingliston in the next few weeks to try.

What happened to your poor face...looks really painful....and can I have a cupcake pretty please!
By the way horsey looks lovely and your concentration face is brill!!

Sorry for being nosey!... Beggars cant be choosers but just wondering what flavour the cupcakes are...
Ellen whitaker always seems to look OK maybe you could copy her poses...I find eyes shut with gritted teeth works quite well!

rrr - chocolate with marshmallow frosting assuming we're talking about the same cupcakes ;)

debsg - he's 17.1 but a bum high. I hope he doesn't get much bigger coz I already have to use a step to put his bridle on :o
