I had such a good day yesterday with Beau that I thought he deserved his own post! :)

He's going to be 6 this summer and hasn't really done much so far (I've just been too busy with medicine).
I took him to Patchett's unaffliliated for his first dressage outing.
We did Prelim 13 and Prelim 18.
He got 63.75 in the first and 68.75 in the second
(no idea if we came anywhere (probably not) - there were still hundreds to go!)
He wasn't as soft or consistent as he is at home, but given this was his first experience of an indoor school and there were mirrors and lots to look at I thought being a bit tense and short in the neck was fair enough!

Hopefully some pictures should be below!

Plaited up and ready to go

Experiencing his first polo!

Thank you for reading :)

Thank you lolo and mil1212
We absolutely adore him
He's one of those horses that just make you smile when you ride him
So quick to learn and a pleasure to have about.

No idea on his breeding.
He's got an irish passport (but no dam or sire listed) and arrived over a couple of days before I bought him

I wish I had more time to train him - I think he'd do really well, but he seems to be happy enough playing in the field!

Thank you!
I'd love to get a rossette!
No idea if I did - we had to leave and they haven't put the results up yet (I keep checking!)
I left an envelope so hopefully I'll get my sheets back - don't know if they send the rossette too if you get one!

Omg ur horse looks like the spit of mine!!! He too has an irish passport without any recorded breeding. Lovely to see him doing some dressage as thats what i'm aiming for too!
