So after dropping off youngest daughter at nursery- I carted up to the field- warm water and everything else needed to smarted the boy up, tail pulled, and washed, legs washed, electric fence moved and field cleared of poo (i really hate this job, but in this mornings sunshine it was glorious) so now feel he's a bit smarter in prep for our 1st show on Sunday. Gave the liccle pony a good brush too which he pretended not to like ;)

Got in the house flung all the windows open, hung the washing out, shampood the lounge carpet, cleaned the bathrooms and have just cleared the garden of dog poo (a theme developing?) , swept the pation and had a general tidy up.

Isn't lovely how you get so much more done when the sun is shining?! :)

Ha ha - I'm with you on this one.

I really felt like going for a nice hack but had to stay at home for the septic tank man to call, and also the fridge repair man. As well as that, Manni lost a shoe out hunting with daughter last saturday - but it was a back one so I think I could have gone for a walk and stayed on the verges - anyway it was not to be.

So, like you, windows open, bleached the black mould in the shower - vacuumed and dusted all upstairs. Dusted the study (it gets really dusty cos the dogs live in there!). Finished painting the last wall in the downstairs loo (started the job 2 weeks ago!).

Sat and watched the last part of South Riding and had a cup of tea.

Hung washing outside for the first time since about last October! Ironed 4 shirts.

Oh, and also tidied some bags of 'stuff' that were hanging around and stuf waiting to go to charity shop is bagged up and ready to go tomorrow.

It has been beautifully sunny here today - really makes you want to 'do' stuff.

 Nic and Boxers, I'm exhausted reading that.

It is beautiful here too, brilliant sunshine, blue skies, warm (zero)

I have been outside in a sweatshirt and sunglasses! On a Monday morning go slow though, it's 1pm and I have only just done the stables!

I have been busy though, really I have, sorted out a summer job for the child (6 weeks volunteering at camp:D) Organised my contractor to come in and do some more fencing - :( $4,000 worth:eek: and ordered the posts and gates for the new riding ring.
