Little bit of Background - Beauty is 43, when I started loaning her she only weighed 280kg within 3 weeks I had her weighing 300kg this progress carried on. Her owner gave me permission to change her feed she had now been on this diet properly for 3 weeks she now weighs 340kg and is doing very well

Its a work in progress, only I can see how much she has changed. She is happier and has more energy.

Where is Beauty from? I used to know a gray horse called Beauty who looks like yours and would be about the same age.

to put weight on i use prep 14 by blue grass, what are you using? you have done a class job looks amazing at 43 i am in shock, but you are loaning her so are you riding her or just companion for your horse. fair play to you, hope owner impressed great job.

I don't ride her I just fuss her and look after her. I use ready mash extra, Sugar beet and ad-lib molli-chaff veteran plus veg and stuff that I bring up. We also go for work everyday so she can get fresh grass and to improve her muscle tone
