Bedgebury forest bridleways?

Anyone know where you can park a lorry if you aren’t a TROT member?
Also, which days might be fairly quiet?

I don't really know which days will be quiet, but at the moment it's nice to go in the evenings. I've been before at about 6:30-7pm and it's been pretty quiet

Parking on Park Lane at the Cranbrook/Hawkhurst side, look for the “triangle” shaped area on your left.
Don’t go at the weekend in the summer, too many cyclists!

Evenings are nice, around 5.30pm ish. Another one for "don't go at weekends" cyclists everywhere.

Thanks 🙂 I can see the triangle area on street view with a tree in the middle? There is also a lay-by type thing a bit further up that seems to have cars parking in it too?

Is there a bridleway entrance straight from these areas?

There is only one main bridleway that you can go on if you are not a TROT member. The TROT people are always about in the forest so beware if you get caught. (I know because I was caught 3 times before I became a TROT member).

Is the main bridleway near the park lane parking bit?

My friend who I will be with is a TROT member, I am not however! My horse is 4yo and before spending out for TROT membership I wanted to take him out to see how he is-hopefully fine!
