We have a 6 month old bedlington terrier called Judy. Has anyone else ever had a Bedlington? Any tips to share? Have you had fun with them!? Thanks!

My lurcher is a Bedlington cross and she is wonderful - a real people loving dog, and very gentle. I hadn't heard of them till I got her, but now keep my eyes open for them! I know they have a reputation of being great with kids etc. You will have loads of fun with yours I'm sure - enjoy!

We have one, she is called Milly, the most beautiful dog ever, she is so loving, the kids play with her, pull her and she has never once shown any aggression, and the best thing she does not moult,

we have 1 he is 4 now he is so loving and always wasnt to cuddle up he is a happy go lucky boy the only problem we have and have had since he was apup is when you let him off lead he doesnt come back you have to go fetch him he doesnt run off so we have to be selective where we let him off for a run he is also a good house dog he only barks when there is something not right although he hates the postman but doesnt eat the mail

aw! good! yeah ou puppy isnt great at recall, she is far too busy smellingthings or barking at the horses! shes a bit too confident around the horses as well which isnt great. she does sometimes eat the mail, but then again, she chews anything!

I've just been stroking my farrier's Bedlington Terrier, Busby.

He's so funny. Has a flouncy, camp way of trotting about. Wanders around the yard whilst he's doing in the horses. Very nice natured, calm little dog.

I'm born and bred from Bedlington, i go back there twice a year to see family.
Bedlington is a lovely little'ish town, i should be back up there just after xmas.
Bedlington is split into two parts, Bedlington and Bedlington station.
You should go up there sometime as there a some lovely places to see up there not just bedlington.

I know, but i just had to say lol. I get a bit proud of coming from there and have the bedlington terrier as our home breed and crest.
Funny thing is your lucky if you see anyone in bedlington have the dog.
