been away but back now to pick your brains on our new addition

We have sorted a new pony for my daughter who is 7she has been riding since she could sit up and is now ready to move onward and upwards.the pony is a 6 year old sec a.
This will be her first season off the lead rein! And now she wants to conquer the world so to speak. So just wondering where we can find the county qualifiers shows online. We are not sure which path to take either. We have done a season lead rein m&m and a season on the lead rein doing cradle stakes and whp. But now we have a registered welsh do we go with whp or m & m. Any advice or opinions greatly received. Xx

I think she'll find M&M easier as just off lead rein - in WHP they usually have to jump a few jumps as well, although the classes are often split for amall breeds and the jumps will be correspondingly lower at that height pony they're usually 2ft-2ft3 .

No idea about county qualifiers as we only do unaffiliated local shows, but I'd look at the county show you wish to qualify for's website and see if there's a schedule from this year or information on the site that tells you where the qualifiers are/were held, then look up those shows to get an idea of when the dates will be next year.

thank you, she is quite keen and jumps at home but unsure. someone sugested we do both. but would idealy need a plaited and tidy pony for workers and natural state for m&m???

WHP M+M is for M+Ms in 'natural' state- No reason to have to chose, the county show usually try to scedule to avoid clashes- She'd have to jump a small course for WHP.
The different showing societies will have the schedules, plus usually the show websites
