Been let down on new house!

Have been looking for a new house to rent and found the ideal place really..well! I dont believe it! the owner has said it needs a new boiler and a new roof and wont be ready now till end of the year...just my luck at the moment! can you keep your ears open for me for another place, 3 bedrooms, preferably with stable but need grazing even if its seperate..long term let! cheers guys! .

there was a place near the coast in devon today fo £500 a month, grazing and use of arena included.. Trying to think where I saw the ad...
