I went to a really good saddlers today close to me called Ingatestone and oh my god I was in pure heaven in there.... my poor hubby was bored soon as we got out of the car lol.... so we rambled around and it was just amazing :D

I bought quite a few bits in prep for Mr Toby's arrival, everything is blue lol, I can't wait to go back and get a few more bits at the end of the month as I have payday off work... so will have to work my poor bank card a bit lol :D :D

I have seen the stuff I want to get next time round and to be fair I was shocked on how reasonable the price's were.
Staff were plentiful and helpful too.

I managed to finally pick up a back support for everyday working and riding...

My horse corner is coming along quite nicely, so I am happy ;D :D :D :D :D :D
 
Such a fun part of having a horse! Watch out - it soon adds up :D

I must have missed something - last time I remember reading a post from you it was talking about looking for a LWVTB and not having any luck??? How did you get this horse organised??
 
oh I know i've yet to get wheelbarrow, shavings fork, broom etc etc...

rubber matting waiting to be picked up, I shall be so excited getting his bed ready for him
 
Ingatestone is not far from me, I used to go there all the time. Do they still do their loyalty card?

Where are you going to keep your horse? :)
 
Hope you found time to use the cafe which is fabulous! Can usually bribe the kids to go with me as the food is a real bonus!!!

Love the fact you have a trolley to shop with!!! Means they expect you to buy loads - it would be rude not to fill it!

I'm in Colchester, but had a trip out after I have been badgering hubby to go lol.... he gave in lol :D :D

Yes they still do their bonus/loyality card I registered for one today.

Sadly not, there was a lengthy que for it, it must be good food in there for it to be busy like it was the shop was very busy, you could tell it was wet lol.

There was a lady that had a trolley full of bridles and things like that.... my mouth was open as I walked past looking at it.... dreaming of me being able to do that lol

I am going back at the end of the month to carry on shopping..... oh yeah
 
Ingatestone is fatal!!! Always spend much more than I plan to.

They are very good and will order an item in if they do not have it in stock.

They do still have a loyalty card but the scheme changed a short while ago and instead of issuing vouchers twice a year they now deduct the money earned when you pay or you can save the money up if you want.
The cafeteria is definitely worth a visit too.

Enjoy the new horse and let us see some pics please. When will you be getting him?
 
oh tell me about it I was in heaven in there!! lol :D :D

I can't wait for their rug sale to start... i'll be sure to be seen in there and coming out with some bargains for sure.

I could happily spend all my wage's in there, but have to ground myself and boy it's hard when your in a awsome shop like that.
