beet pulp!

My lab got into the soaked beet pulp last night, needless to say he's spent the night with it coming back at him from both ends, having just finished the clearing up I given him a little rice and natural yoguart, I also found some rehydration sachets but he won't drink that but is drinking water, is there any more I should do, also how do I get rid of the smell, got someone viewing the house today. Maybe its an oman that we shouldn't sell!!

Seeing the result I think quiet a bit, not sure how long he'd been at it before I found him, normally not allowed in feed room but door had been left open

This can be very dangerous.......seen a few dogs on the op table ....having this removed from there stomach.......as it tends to swell when digested......is his stomach swollen?.....how is he in himself?

He seems alot better now, thanks for all you help, really need to be more on the ball now with keeping door closed. Will but up a notice for all to see me thinks

LOL......once saw a staffy having about a bucket full pumped out of its stomach......It stank.....the dog was ready to explode

although sugar beet tastes really really nice, i used to eat it all the time at my old job when making the horses feeds
