Any one doing this?

I missed it last year with Spider but was thinking of doing it this time.
However, I did read some controversial reports and can't make up my mind if it's worth it or not.

Anyone any views?

I thought about doing it last year but didnt bother in the end.
Mainly because it seemed more geared towards the serious breeders than towards the many of us that just have 1 or 2 nice horses. Also it seemed expensive.

What are ur thoughts.

I think its a good thing to do if you have a youngster with considerable quality
Have been, and it was a great place to take a baby to get greaty opinions amongst other quality animals. Its also a great place for experience for babies as is geared towards it.There are a serious amount of prof breeders present but I suppose thats their job and the prize money when I went was £1000.
Expenive-Definantly, but also worth it IMO

I'm hoping i'll be able to give it a go next year, but it depends on a few things, like if i've got a foal worthy of going.

Obviously i'll be doing the pony section, lol.

I think its definitely worth it and i think Spider would do very well.

If you have something that is seriously smart and well grown for its age it is worth it. But i'm not sure its a great competition as such. Like its been said above its great to compare them against others but sometimes the judging isn't excellent and names can come into it.

Our Spider didn't go last time but did go as a yearling and i think last year it was better run but the first time was terrible!

I took Hector last year - MFH_09 came and helped too!! H was awarded a First Premium Diploma! Was a very proud moment for me, as he is my first homebred! Will be taking him again this year - that is if he isn't sold by then. I'll be advertising him after the show season!
