Hi,
I am an equine student and as part of my course it is required that I complete a study on a chosen topic of interest.

I couldn't complete it as my horse that has behavioural issues doesn't exhibit any of what you listed.

Eta - if you could add kicking and charging at you in the field and stable I could complete it too

Eta2 - I'd put feet in with grooming to be honest. I'd also include tacking up. I think you need to rethink the questionnaire before you publish it.

I too think you need to redesign your questionnaire. It is far too vague. 'Difficult' can mean so many things. I would agree to add in rearing, and also barging/running over, dragging, kicking, planting, and crushing.

Didn't fill it out because it was not very descriptive. Sorry. I'd be happy to redo it when it's been rewritten.
