behavioural or medical? pls read!

I've got a danish warmblood mare who is 10 years old never had any previous problems.working at meduim dressage.In the past when asked for more difficult work she has shown moody behaviour kicked out and objecting but when things taken slowly been fine.....
however due to lack of time and her extremely good breeding i made the decision to put her in foal so she has had time off whilst i have been concentrating on my other horse.the other day I got on her and she was fab the next day every time i put my leg on she cow kicked objected to go forward not trying to put me on the floor but almost being completely fed up and very stuffy.I am now starting to wonder if it perhaps hasnt been mareish behaviour all along and maybe there is something internally wrong.for example the day she was good i asked her for a simple change to the right when applying right leg aid she kicked and then was fine.
she has had her back checked and vet has examined ovaries everything is fine and normal tried her on regumate but that made no difference.shes fine on the lunge on the floor etc.
what are your views???

any changes to feed/saddle etc???

if not - sticking my neck out... ulcers?

mine had a dramatic change in temprament and mild colic symptoms.... refused to canter and would chuck in an almighty buck (bronced too) if i pushed her - obviously saying "i dont want too"

Before you put her in foal i wolud suggest a scope?

again as said before - totally sticking my neck out with that assumption

no change in feed or tack always been the same.obviously feed has increased/decreased due to work load.
I'd never of even thought of ulcers but it is a possibility i would be very suprised if she did have them has a very relaxed life style on small DIY yard not the stressful type and goes out in the field every day in on a night.shows no signs of distress or colic in the stable.
