Just given my girlie a small chaser clip and she's a little chilly. She has a massively thick winter coat (I'm talking 3-4" in length, no exaggeration!), so she really doesn't need the warmth on top. I was hoping to add an old fashioned belly warmer onto her lightweight rugs and a quilted bib to help keep the chill off, but can't find the belly warmer anywhere. Any ideas anyone?
Think I may need to make my own version!

I used to have a Fal Pro under rug with a removable belly warmer and used to see them for sale to fit any rug with cross surcingles, but must admit I haven't seen any for a long time. Perhaps try ebay, you can usually get just about anything you can think of on there.

Not sure if belly pad is the right word, they were like a little square of rug material that you could feed the belly straps through and it then covers that bare patch under the rug.

Haven't seen or used one in years! I suppose as depth and fit of stable rugs has improved the demand has dropped off. I used to have them on my stable rugs for full/hunter clipped ponies.

eBay would probably be your best bet

that's exactly what i'm looking for, will try ebay, good idea :)

Yes I remember robinsons used to sell them, not anymore though! You might be able to get an under rug with one attached? Or as you say, make your own!

Unfortunately all my amigo rugs are way too short in depth for my girl, who's not a TB, they don't even come down past her belly line and she's underweight at the moment! They just keep on getting shorter! Also they don't have any fill on that bit!!

Just bought one of these belly pads from wunderrugs as mentioned above. Great quality and even put in extra velcros incase i need them. customer service brilliant. Highly recommended. I found them on facebook, but they are selling on ebay also and have a website. Got mine in a blue sheep but they had many of different colours and i think will tailor to your own pattern, but not sure on that one.

I got rid of all the belly warmers on my rugs as I found them a real pain
