Well mine was exactly like Bossanova - Dressage 39 but with me going wrong AGAIN so would have been 37. Judge stopped me and asks what i was doing told her 15m circle she told me it looked more like 20m

. I also got a 4 for my halt as I was only there for 3 seconds rather than 4 and looking at the video it was a blooming nice halt. I obviously started counting too soon. So crap rider but would have been quite a nice test. These things are important as I am supposed to be improving and it was not the horses fault for once!
8 Faults Sj he had some PC kicks half way round - have decided I am going to buy longer spurs to get him off my leg more as mine were quite round and nice. We still do not have a consitent rythem we are either backing off or going too forwards. Luckily we have outdoor BSJA kicking off soon as indoors I can maintain a rythem much better as seems more concentrated and I probably ride better as tighter.
XC he blasted round and was very keen and jumped well. A couple more PN to sharpen up the SJ and make sure he is really confident and he will go to Novice in May.
So all in all I am pretty pleased. Next up is Ebbesbourne Wake.

Well done!

Dressage is dressage - we'll never be happy with what we've done in that phase! As long as the jumping was a success - thats what matters!

Will be looking out for you at Ebbesbourne then

Well done. At least you know the mistakes in the dressage can be easierly fixed.
Good luck for Ebbesbourne.

Judge sounds slightly weird, as I thought most would just have underlined the 15m bit on the test sheet, not stopped you for an error. Anyway, as you say, dressage accuracy is easily fixed.

Glad you had a good day.

Good stuff! Will he be ok round a Nov sj track? Can you jump some NCs before you go? Always think it's better to spend £15 on a BSJA entry fee if things need sorting out than £££ BE!

Really Well done- as I said he went really well on the XC !!Its a piece of cake for him and I bet it wont be long before SJ is fixed. Also think he will do better Novice dressage as he will have more to think about!
Maybe the new saddle might hopefully work magic on the SJ

actually lec if the only thing wrong with your halt was that it ws a bit brief then 4 very harsh and perhaps you should start campaign to have me judge more often! well done on the rest though x

That does sound a bit stupid re. the halt!!!!!!!! esp in a PN test!!
Very well done tho!!!
I forgot to pick up my sheet, so not sure what i got for what.. will sent of a SAE for it!!

My sister did PN she did a lovely test when she had finished the judge also got out and said stunning horse just upside down neck she should have seen it a month ago my sister a producer and has done loads 2* also groomed for many a top rider this judge then proceded to tell her what judge she was and she would see her at Badmington some day on this horse my sister came out and said to me what are pre novices for we all have to start somewhere this judge sounds like she got out of the car for everyone she marked the whole section down pre novice is supposed to encorage people not demeen people, also the collecting rings were like a bun fight and dangerouse !!!!!!!!!!!!!
