benefits of feeding oils

Just wondering what oils everyone feeds.

At the moment I use soya oil but I know there are different ones that other people use.

What do you use and why?

I always feed Veg oil in the winter. Cheap and in my opinion has as many benefits as the latest fashionable oils the feed companies are trying to sell us.
I feed it for coat shine rather than condition and no were near the quanities where I would have to supplement Vit E.
There are lots of very good FEED people on here who will give you loads of advice. Put this in STABLE YARD if you want a really comprehensive answer.

it depends what you feed oil for condition,engery or essisential fatty acids!
