Does anyone use it? Views on it?! I use Topspec at the moment which I love, but Benevit would equal a HUGE saving for me

So any reviews would be very much appreciated!

i use it and swear bye it all my horses get it and all look great on it. would not be without or the feedmark garlic. the all have great shinny coats, good feet and look gerneraly very healthy

Best all round supplement on the market and very reasonably priced - mine have it most of the year apart from the few summer months when I put Chancer on equilbra if he drops weight when showing.

My TB who used to drop a lot of weight thrived on this and equimins pro-bio for her digestion and looked very well.

You can get it 50% off at the moment.

My 3 are on it, a yearling, an oldie 19 year old TB and an "in work" good doer.
The TB is a very fussy eater and she likes it.
They all seem to look well on it.

(Only problem is it is bright red so when they have eaten their dinner it seems to get daubed all over your clothes!)

I've used it as a general purpose vit/min supplement and found it gave good results - you get a nice shine from the oil content too.

Whether it is a good replacement depends on why you are feeding the Top Spec (presume you mean Top Spec Comprehensive Balancer?)! If you are feeding the Top Spec just to supply vit/mins then you might find the Benevit to be a good alternative. However, on top of vit/mins the Top Spec supplies protein and also a probiotic said to be good for gut health (but perhaps only necessary for those horses in whom gut health has been compromised). Top Spec also contains biotin which doesn't seem to be in Benevit, so if any of your horses have problem feet then the Top Spec may be better for them.

Thanks TGM, its only for a 4yr old Irish mare. She is on the supplement at the moment, but she isnt an amazing doer, and needs condition, and will probably go on the balancer over the winter instead of the supplement, so actually its probably not going to be suitable

She is also on Topspecs conditioning cubes at the moment which she looks amazing on, and not sure they would work with anything else

Never mind! Thank you though

some horses really don't like benevit as it smells strong (bit fishy).
if she's at all fussy then I'd go for equivite original instead - just as good and just as cheap.
I've fed both - but now i feed F4F due to TB feet issues!!

It would be to replace Topspec. She is on Alfa A, Speedi beet, and Topspec cool condition cubes as they are high oil, high fibre and have no heating grains in

The Topspec is fab, but the benevit would be SO much cheaper

My big girly is on it and might put the little colty on it soon. Seems to work very well, I also feed the feedmark garlic in summer months although may continue to feed all year round now.
