Today I got to go a meet the lovely snowysadude and the beautiful Snowy himself. We giggled like school girls and chatted whilst SD and I got snowy in from the field, he may be a 17hh warmblood but he really is a gentle giant and a total fuss pot.

We spent a bit of time grooming him after his field adventures with his friends. He only has too look at you with those big soft eyes and you fall in love with him.

SD got him tacked up, and kept making jokes about her bad riding, her riding isn't bad at all, silly girl! Mine however is horrific, yes I'm aware I'm slouching and being very non-BHS but ridings supposed to be fun!

Now for the pictures! I'm aware my toes aren't always in, nor is my back straight, but I was safe, secure and happy :)

Of course a massive thank you to Snowysadude for a fantastic afternoon of giggles, horsing around and riding. Can't wait til next time!

P.S. The orange coming out of his mouth is carrot!! Does it look like hes being pulled in the gob... Haha :p

Lovely lovey photos really like the canter one, you look great on him!! Have to get TG down next as hopefully she can see he wont hurt a fly :p xx
 
haha looking through the pictures look at that belly :p Especially the one of you walking towards us :O!! Hes a fattie ;). But these are like the before pics as hes just coming back into work and we need some in like 3 months time when he is all muscled up, clean and trimmed haha xx
 
Hahaha I wonder how many times we can hint, make reference to and say TG name before she comes and tells us to shut up cause hes too big :p!! Hes not he is only 17hh on paper - rides like a 12hh cob.... honest ;)

Besides, you've just gotta look at him and think 'awwwww, too cute to be scary' he even leads from the field like a donkey :) Snowysadude, I love him :D

Ok, ok, I'm relented! ;):D

He really does look heavenly!

First visit would get my Dad to drive me, so he could meet you too and make sure you arent an axe murderer :rolleyes::D

(Also, me and Benji havent *actually* met yet!)

YEY!!! The axe that i carry around in my pocket isnt that big honest - its just to scare off strangers :p. But thats fine your Dad is more than welcome - lets get him on Snowy too - hes more than big enough to carry a man!!
But being serious this time just PM me when you know a rough time and date and I will find out the yard postcode and give you rough directions to the yard :). I work sundays but its office cleaning so really flexible and might work saturday morning every now and again so just try to avoid sat mornings if possible - or come in the week either or :P xx
 
I could meet you for coffee before hand, I'm completely non scary infact, snowysadude will vouch for me when I say I'm a wuss bag :)

*claps* I want to be there again already, even if he does eat my camera and you laugh at my freaking TOES!

Shes deffinatley not scary (but then I would say that after all I was the one driving... :p) but you can meet us with your dad if he wants to!

Well you will have to liase with TG and arrange a time to come over - he actually loved your camera... I think he thought it was his new "toy"...... as for your toes I wasnt laughing at them - I was laughing at you talking about them having a mind of their own!!

Ditto that MrsM was a very good afternoon x

Will have to butter dad up a bit, he's already driving me to Essex this weekend for a hack!!

I promise I will come though :D

ETA: Dad is basically vegan, so leather tack = no no! :(

Ohh dear you should so just come on the train with a friend or something (anyone is welcome btw!).

Erm all my tack is leather so he will just have to not look :p! I dont own anything synthetic as dont like the feel of it lol...... well I wont shove it in his face or make him touch it or anything dont worry!! Im assuming your allowed to ride in leather stuff though - I can ride in wellies rather than leather boots if more helpful though, do your riding school have all synthetic tack then?? xx
 
To be fair, they were pretty comical, L did take a really funny pic of them, but I'm ALMOST too embrassed to post it :D

LOL no I am a meat eater!!

I have lovely (if quite scraggy at the moment) leather jod boots, suede half chaps, leather bits on whips etc etc!

And nope, my RS is pretty much all leather, apart from the really diddy ponies :)

And my parents will prob let me go on the train first, but obv he wants to know who I am meeting!

I *know* you arent (too much...) of an axe murdered, but you cannot be too careful these days, too many bad stories :/ I is a sensible girly I is :)

Its not too bad......


Rather glad to hear you are not a vegan TG I paniced a bit then and thought you were very lucky to find a vegan riding school :P. Im more than happy to meet your Dad! Do you have fb btw? Im on benji's just go to her friends and look up Daisy :)! But when you come again (which of course you will wont you haha) then you can get the train :p xx
 
No worries, I just meant a generic 'meet' but coffee sounds better than 'meet up' LOL

And... put your glasses on missy... my toes are completely straight out, and my knee cap is pointing sideways.. !
