Benzyl benzoate...where do you get yours?

I have run out of benzyl benzoate,my last lot came from a chemist online but after trying to find some tonight i can only think they have stopped it for human use...& you can only now only get a equine price inflated product!!!Can anyone confirm that for me & let me know where you get yours please.

I pay through the nose and get the "Killitch" proprietory brand. Would be interested if anyone gets the same thing cheaper on line though. .....

Thanks for your replies ,i did see that site but was still hoping for a little cheaper,i think i paid about £6 a bottle last time but it was prob 2years ago!! going to get on & order some now.thanks again.x

I phoned my local pharmacy today & they say it hasnt been discontinued,they are going to try and get me some and phone me tomorrow.....fingers crossed ....especially as she has quoted me £5.40 a bottle.xx

Great post Chris - I'll have to remember when I need a replacement.
A few years ago I asked in my local Boots and they said they weren't allowed to sell it any more. I went to my local independent pharmacy and she got some without any problems, so I contacted Boots head office and they said the branch were wrong, there is no reason why they can't sell it There seems to be an urban myth that it is banned
