Have just bought a 500ml bottle from ebay. Please can people tell me how to apply? ie.diluted or neat,spray from bottle or from cloth/gloves and how often please. My mare is due back from stud soon and she rubs the top of her tail,to the point it looks like a bog brush!
 
apply neat to a clean and washed tail! reapply every 3 to 5 days! wear gloves it melts nail varnish!!! rub in well! good stuff for the itchy mane and tail ... taking that you have excluded lice and worms!
 
I prefer to water it down by another two lots and use it every day. It's easy to forget if it's one day in three, every day gets to be routine. I never wash anything it goes on and it works fine. I spray it if I can, but it does sometimes clog the nozzle especially if it's cold. Now I use a bottle with a tiny hole punched into the lid instead and dribble it on and rub it in (with bare hands, I don't use nail polish :))
 
What strength is it? 25%? If so then I'd do what you're doing and dilute it but only by one lot as about 13-15% is the best for sweet itch and itchy skin in general. Which make is it?
 
i have used this before and also leovet anti itch, i then heard of people using avon skin so soft, it was amazing it s about £2.50 a bottle smells georgeous is the best fly and midge repellent and stopped my horse scratching his tail on the stable wall overnight, great on your arms as well can purchase on e bay and feedback on there from many horse owners buying in bulk ,give it a try
