Hi I've been thinking about giving draghunting a go for years and given that Hambleden next weekend is local, maybe now's the time. Does anyone here hunt with the Berks & Bucks? I'll get in touch with the secretary and maybe it's a bad idea for the first one but any experiences of Hambleden? Mare has never hunted (nor have I!) but we've got pretty handy round a pre-novice xc this season and I've jumped novice. Any thoughts / help welcome! I'll have to go on my own as everyone I know thinks I'm insane for even considering it so meeting up with someone would be fab... Thanks!
 
i go with them :D love them, i think they are really nice and friendly and if you ring Phoebe Hobby she'll give you an honest opinion if she thinks that drag is suitable for you! if not im doing either the one at pewsey on sunday 12th or at kingsclere on sunday 19th and i've done them before and are both really good ones! (:
 
Not been with them but been out with Cambridge uni Draghounds. Had a great day tho not sure if it was helped by the fact that we met at a cross country course so started off jumping those jumps before the big hedges appeared. I quite often just jump in the lorry and go (after checking with relevant secretaries). I hardley ever know anyone there but always end up talking to people and having a great time. Just go and enjoy the day.
 
ye totaly agree with naza i hunt with then all the time there a great pack really fraindly go on the web site and it has all the contacked details and the meet card
 
i dont go with them, but the SC&RMA draghunt, but I go on my own and started off knowing no-one and now know most people - everyone is so friendly. Sure the B&B are the same. Go and have fun - it's not mad, just good fun!
