Bernwode Brokat filly

My mare foaled a super filly by Bernwode Brokat on Sunday morning at 5.30 am on day 339 ,very quick delivery ,her 6yr old son was creating havoc next door to her at 5 am while she just munched hay ,I gave them both their feed and as I opened the door she had a long wee sat down ,gave 3 grunts and foal was out !Its no wonder people miss it she gave no other signs of labour at all .

congratulations, and cant wait to see the pickies,

my mare didnt show any real signs either and didnt even get a sweat on during the whole event, which also lasted about 10 minutes in total from waters breaking to mare getting up having delivered :O

Congrats!!! Piccys sooooooon!
My mare was the same, squatted like Id stuffed a hosepipe up her tail, lay down and 'tadaaaaa' a foot! within 10 mins we had a foal, and 10 mins after that the afterbirth was out! Its a miracle anyone ever see's it! xx
