Has anybody else had problems with this company? My daughter asked me to buy her some new jodhpurs in early march this year. She sent me a link to bespoke equestrian for the ones she wanted ( £75). I placed the order and paid with PayPal , the money was taken but the goods not sent! I tried contacting g them via phone calls and emails but I didn't get a response. I think these traders offer an appalling service. Has anybody else had the same service?

There is a long thread about this company, on phone, so can't link to it but if you do a search, it should come up. It is very long and many, many unhappy customers are on it.

In short, yes they are renowned for bad service. On the plus side, some people have managed to get their money back but it wasn't as easy as it should have been.

Good luck!

Iv had problems with this company to my friend held a party through bespoke equestrian via her face book sales page, we ordered our goods and paid on night but after three nearly four weeks we asked for our money back as no arrival off goods and complete lack of communication from them, the host managed to get in contact with them for refund and they said this was not a problem but boy were we wrong the host did get her refund a few days after as paid via cheque however the rest of us are still waiting nearly 12 weeks now despite contact from the company promising payment iv now heard nothing and wish we had seen these threads before hand. We spent our money in good faith but now we are having to fight for it back. I phoned to enquire about my refund and got hung up on, lovely

This has got to a point where all the people who have problems need to contact Trading Standards. This company (and it's sister companies) are breaking so many rules and regulations quite apart from failing to supply goods for which they have taken money. If all of you contact Trading Standards they will be able to form a much stronger case.

It's a good idea to use paypal when ordering from websites that don't have good customer service. It's fairly simple and less stressful to raise a dispute to get your money back, and they can't put the phone down on you or block you from facebook.

That's ok but their dropshipping timescales are making it too late for some people to get PayPal refunds. You also need to make certain that you're buying a product and not asked to transfer the money to a private PayPal account as a gift :(

I have made a complaint of fraud to police, trading standards and PayPal. I was also informed they no longer use PayPal, and I am awaiting a refund promised on Saturday (fingers crossed I'll get it soon). Anyone is welcome to PM me regarding this :)

If a company stops using paypal, it's a bad sign....
Hope you get your money back.

it would be a great idea if paypal stuck to there promises on there website about refunding people who have not received goods but sadly they do not :( as i have found through ordering from tackdirect who are also a company who have gone bust but were still trading
read the small print :(

Moral of the day - don't ever order anything online unless you google the business name and its reviews first!

I am ALSO having a really hard time getting a refund for goods my daughter ordered at the beginning of the year. I have sent endless e-mails texts and have tried getting a refund through P Pal but it was out of their time frame and couldn't help. I do get the occasional reply from Leigh ,and was even asked for my address for the refund . Needless to say I am still waiting !! How this person has the front to post about her 'happy customers ' when she is blatantly withholding money ( my daughter xmas money at that ) is outrageous . Ialso have contacted trading standards and will be making a complaint to the police

Those who have had no joy with PayPal, it may be worth your each ringing PayPal back up again and asking them to check their files because there are now a lot of people who have had this happen. In the case of another company who had various long-running threads about them when PayPal were told that the company would deliberately draw things out beyond the timescale they did reopen cases.

As for the happy customers, there are indeed some, there are also several posts each day from people who are desperately trying to make contact and whose posts are deleted. :)

Nothing but scammers! When i told people that she had scammed me and numerous other people of money and to read reviews before they buy from Bespoke she sent me a letter, which had very bad grammer and the spelling mistakes were unbeliveable, called Cease and Desist. Basically stating that she can take me to court. Although she doesnt have my Full name or Address i told her to send it on. However, i dont see what she is trying to take me to court for when i havent told any lies about her? Please stay away..

hi we run a page on fb Equine Products consumer help group for internet purchases, if anyone has proof that bespoke equestrian owes you money, we may be able to help, you need proof of purchase and any correspondence with the company, and Leigh Robinsons mother has said she will sort out any problems,

I messaged in June that my daughter had purchased goods to the value of £200 at the end of December, and never received them . After numerous emails , texts , messages left on mobile , I tried claiming through my Bank and Paypal but too much time had elapsed and they could not help ! I reported her to Trading Standards who gave me some advise which I followed through. I also reported her to the fraud department online (Action Fraud ) . Out of the blue I received a cq in the post in September for the full amount , so I am very relieved !!!
