Hi. New to this page so apologies.

I have seen a previous thread on bespoke equestrian and just wondering if any of those people did ever receive their products or refund?
 
Wasn't part of the old thread but have recently ordered freejumps from there and breeches and they was delivered quickly. I also ordered Freejump leathers but these was off stock for a long time, she informed me and gave me a full refund no quibbles :)
 
I only received my refund after getting in some help to write sterner emails and publicly posting my woes on the FB page. I hated doing it but I was also several hundred pounds down and lied to.

Yes advertising stuff on FB groups in her own name(I assume it's her real name!) initials LR. I nearly bought stuff off her and she insisted on PMing me the website which immediately put my guard up and then I saw it was her!
 
I recently bought some stuff from her. Took longer to arrive than i would like and was promised, but it did arrive. It took just shy of 3 weeks.
 
Hi, I ordered 2pairs of horka pronto breeches from Leigh at the beginning of March. One pair in black one in turquoise. I sent her £119.90 by Barclays pingit on March 18th. I've sent literally about 100 messages via Facebook to the bespoke page when it was open and her personal page. She kept saying there was a delay with the order as it was from abroad. After 3months of same excuses and myself being very patient she said the same to my mother. Then she said she would exchange the black pair for a cheaper black pair. I even said I would buy also a premier equine buster lite zero and a turquoise Stephen's numnah and some horka jump boots. Still no replacement product or any refund etc. she comes out with excuses like she's had exams or been ill. I'm a single mother of an 11 and 7 year old boys. I have a dog and 2horses. I manage a very busy large diy stables and have to do all my housework etc pay all my bills etc on my own so that's a very large amount of money to me. It means I can't afford to do anything with my children now this summer holidays as I was desperate for breeches so had to buy cheaper ones elsewhere. If there's anything that can be done to build a case against this girl I'm in!!!
 
There was a long thread on the BSJA group on fb the other day.

It included this as a trading standards contact

and contacting action fraud, and discussions of small claims court but obviously that costs (£25 if done online).
