Best 4X4 for towing???

Hiya,

I am looking for a new car to start towing with. Looking at poss a second hand BMW X5 and i know the towing weight for that car is 2700 kg. i am hoping to tow one 16.3 MW hunter in a Bateson Ascot but obv want to the opportunity to put another horse in there in case.

Any thoughts? it's all so confusing and i don't want to buy something then find out it is illegal!

you need to look at the nose weight as well.......
Also, I see your username is Filly83, does that mean you are 26? (same age as me!) in which case you will need to take another driving test to tow a horse legally!
