Best app/website for editing horse pictures

I’m looking for an app/website that can edit and adjust photos very well. I take my photos on my iPhone but they just aren’t very good quality. I’d like an app that could make a horse look glossy, stand out, adjust colours and improve quality of photos if possible. All the apps I’ve tried have just provided filters but I’d like my photos to have a professional look. Maybe this hasn’t been invented yet!

Try facetune. I find it the best for adjusting colours, adding detail to eyes/tack and whitening markings to make the photos pop.

I use Snapseed. But, the key is to always take a half decent photo initially.
