best back brace/support for ME?

once you declare the drug and it is signed off by a doc you should be fine....re back supports....the Back on Track one is amazing!!! I would go with that!

Prolite for sure :) and also Pilates can help to strengthen the muscles in your back and support it better.....hope you find something that helps!

I can sympathise, I have a herniated disc and associated sciatica right down my whole leg to my toes, ongoing 7 months now. Sitting is torturous, riding is painful to sit with my pelvis tucked up, every movement I make hurts. As a Personal Trainer, and my chiropractor agreed, just watch that you don't start to rely upon a back brace - often when you wear one your muscles cease to perform the function of supporting the spine properly and they actually become weaker not stronger. I personally found that I would push my abs out against the brace, rather than pulling them in so it didn't help much. I sleep in it now as its a magnetic one from boots, don't know if its helping at all but its nice and warm!

So having said all that, the one I bought is a magnetic one, from Boots, with hot and cold pack inserts as well, which I do use when my back is imflammed.
