Best beaches to ride on near S.Yorks/N.Lincs?

Hi everyone,

Me and a few of the girls from the yard really want to go and ride on the beach at some point this summer but have never been before. Where have you been around S.Yorks/N.Lincs and where is the best place to go?

We usually go to Cleethorpes. Just park in the car park behind pleasure island & hack straight onto the beach. I don't think you are allowed right upto the main beach in the summer but that end is plenty long enough for a good blast. We take the BBQ too usually have a good hack, go back to the box for some scram & for the ponies to have a break, then another few hours on the beach

I've also been to Theddlethorpe once a good few years ago, which was also easy to park & easy access to beach xx

One of the girls has been to Cleethorpes and doesn't seem to think it's that brilliant for riding on, will have a look into Theddlethorpe, thanks Tina
