I live in Warwickshire so where would the best beaches be to go for a ride on?
Anybody know any yards that would put up 2/3 horses near a beach so we could go, pref with B&B's near by.
I know one in cornwall but its too far to travel the neddies.
Any ideas?

I went to Sutton on Sea (10 miles north of Skegness) at Easter, they had a holiday cottage, but think they would only manage 1 horse if you want a stable. The beaches were fabulous and empty, only a 10-15 minute hack to get to them.

If you speak to Tourist Information at Skegness they might be able to help

Good luck and hope you find somewhere

If you order the B&B guide from the BHS you'll find the yards who offer stopover B&B close to beaches.

Also try googling... and I even saw an Ad on EBay once for B&B near a beach for horses and riders.

Another vote for Holkham. We are going up next month (big group from pc!) and staying at a farmhouse. They have b&b, self catering, stables, paddocks, fieldshelters, and they are letting people camp in lorries and caravans too. Can give you the number if you are interested, and think there are others round there too.
