Best bit for a gelding whose tushes are quite far back

My geldings top tushes are quite far back in his mouth not leaving much room for a jointed bit. He jumps in a basic bendy bit but I find he leans and won't work through. All checks back, saddles etc have been done and the problem lies with the teeth. I don't intend to have them removed so I would appreciate any suggestions.

What about bitless? Dr cook are pretty good.

Thanks, but I have a Dr Cooks, my problem is finding a bit for dressage so that we can go eventing.
