Best boots for xc?

just wanting peoples opinions, going to splash out on some good xc boots as hoping to start eventing this year. a lot of people down the yard swear by prolites, but just wondering if theres any as good that are cheaper? thanks guys!

Not sure if they are cheaper but I love the NEW ones. They give excellent protection and don't rub or slip.

Im another 1 for the NEW boots - love them! Got to be the lightweight comp ones though.

I have both the LWt NEW ones and the Prolites. the prolites give better protection IMHO.

thanks, the new ones look pretty pricey too, so maybe paying that little bit more for some prolites may be the way forward!

Ive been looking at those, they seem much more affordable, and seem to offer all the protection, Ive been looking back a few pages and a lot of people seem to like theirs, thankyou!

My air-cooled ones arrived yesterday and I'm really impressed with them. I can't see what makes more expensive ones any better - these look like they're built to last and the tendon and cannon bone protector are very very sturdy.
